Welcome to the Helmshore Christian Fellowship (HCF) website.

HCF aims to be a family church. This means that we welcome people of all ages into our church family, those who belong to family groups as well as those who are alone. We want to create a family atmosphere so people can feel they belong to a wider family community. A family with children, teens, mother and father figures, aunties and uncles and adopted grandparents. A family who share life together; the ups and the downs that life brings each one of us.

We therefore provide activities for all age groups and other activities that include everyone together. In particular, like any family, we have a strong emphasis on looking after our children and young people, and so lots of our activities are for them.

The core of our church family is made up of the 30 to 40 people who attend regularly on a Sunday morning, but our family extends beyond these people to include those who attend other activities through the week.   Also like any family there are those who used to be amongst us regularly who for different reasons are no longer with us so we encourage people to keep in touch with this extended HCF family through our Facebook Group.  You can also keep in touch with what is going on at HCF by visiting The HCF Sermon and Media Channel @ sermon.net
